Reception were friendly and accommodating with changes and the porters/doormen, even the security were a pleasure to work with.The actual rooms are all very nice with lovely modern bathrooms.Breakfasts are very good and they even have a 'take away' coffee section for those that need to run to meetings and may not have time for breakfast.My favourite spot in this hotel was the rooftop bar.
